Terms & Conditions
Effective: 27 July 2026
The service
LetItServe provides restaurant Owners with bilingual digital menus, permanent table QR codes, ordering, kitchen displays, table billing, staff ordering, and sales reporting. Features may depend on a working internet connection, supported browser, and correctly configured restaurant account.
Accounts and authority
The person creating a restaurant account confirms that they are authorized to manage that restaurant. Owners are responsible for account security, staff invitations, passcodes, menu information, prices, table setup, and activity performed through their accounts.
Trial and subscription
Each eligible new restaurant account receives a seven-day trial. Continued access is offered at 40,000 MMK per month through the current manual payment process. Access dates are recorded after payment confirmation. Subscription terms or pricing may change with advance notice.
Restaurant responsibilities
Restaurants must keep menu descriptions, allergens, availability, prices, taxes, payment records, and customer-facing information accurate. LetItServe does not prepare food, confirm dietary suitability, process external wallet transactions, or replace the restaurant’s legal and accounting obligations.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass tenant or QR-session controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, impersonate another restaurant, misuse diner information, or use the platform for fraudulent transactions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Hosting, authentication, database, network, device, and browser failures can affect access. We may maintain, secure, modify, or discontinue parts of the service when reasonably necessary.
Suspension and ending access
Access may be limited after a trial or paid period ends, for non-payment, security risk, abuse, or a material breach of these terms. Restaurant data is not promised to remain stored indefinitely after access ends. Contact support before cancellation if you need assistance with your records.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LetItServe is not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits, food-service disputes, inaccurate restaurant content, third-party payment failures, or decisions made from incomplete records. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
